What to include
For an existing order, include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of your request. For a product issue, tell us which item is affected and what happened. Never send your full payment card number or account password.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Request cancellation, address changes or other order changes before dispatch. For returns, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Once authorized, send the item back within 14 calendar days. We provide a prepaid return label, the return address and a downloadable return form to print and include in your parcel. Direct exchanges are available, and AZIZAN LLC pays return and exchange shipping costs.
