Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free. The complete payable total is displayed before you place your order. We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, with available options shown at checkout.
Orders and fulfillment
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. We send order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. If an order issue prevents fulfillment, we contact you with the available choices. We do not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your consent.

- Standard shipping: free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
- Order cutoff: 2:00 p.m. ET on business days.
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.

Cancellation and changes
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Address or order changes must be requested through support@azizanhome.com or +1 501-951-4573 before dispatch. We confirm the outcome. Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after confirmation; your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the refund.
Returns, direct exchanges and refunds
- Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept returns of defective and non-defective products.
- After authorization, send the item back within 14 calendar days.
- Original packaging is not required. Please use protective packaging suitable for return shipping.
- AZIZAN LLC pays return and exchange shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.
- We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to show the refund.
- Direct exchanges are available. Contact us to arrange the exchange and receive return instructions.
